Notes:
Many creeks, streams and rivers finish their courses at the ocean or another large body of water. This example shows a small stream as it opens into the ocean. You can see the large stream rocks which are examples of sediment that was not able to be transported into the ocean. They have all been washed smooth by the years of running water.
